Trail School
Teaching the outdoors to the people who will inherit it.
Most people in Lebanon grow up an hour from a cedar forest and never walk into one.
Trail School is our attempt at fixing that early. The sessions are practical — read a map, pace a group, identify what is growing around you, and understand why the rubbish you brought has to leave with you.
- Map and compass basics
- Group safety and pacing
- Local trees, birds and seasons
- Leave-no-trace, taught on a real trail
Objectives
- Run free outdoor sessions for schools and youth groups
- Teach navigation, safety and leave-no-trace basics
- Introduce local ecology on the ground rather than in a classroom
